The implemented Contract and Audit Management site has a central repository to organize client-related documents efficiently. The solution using Microsoft SharePoint and Power Apps to track compliance and audit documents provides flexibility for managing client-specific documents while streamlining the types of documents maintained for all clients. Additionally, a 4-tier review and approval workflow are set up using Power Automate resulting in 50+ successful audits and 100+ clients managed in the application.

Application to Manage Purchase Request and Orders Workflow

The SharePoint site was developed to address the organization’s needs of a central repository for documents, facilitating approval workflows, managing user and vendor information, and tracking historical data. The solution built using SharePoint also includes an easy-to-use Power Apps form for requesting purchase orders. Additionally, a three-level approval workflow ensures thorough scrutiny of each order. The application also manages users and vendors globally, supporting multiple currency conversions. As a repository for historical data, it has successfully managed over 1000 orders and integrated 200+ vendors.

The Training and Communication Application for a retail company addressed challenges by creating a centralized SharePoint hub that served as a central location for company news, updates, and announcements, allowing management to post important information and store policies accessible to all employees. Training materials, policies, and guidelines were stored within SharePoint libraries, ensuring version control and consistent access to the latest documents.
